If Signa provide a broadband service at your park and you have recently had our service installed into your van or lodge, please set up your monthly direct debit via the link below, which will take you to a secure page to set up your bank details.
Direct Debit Guarantee
No changes in the amount, date, frequency to be debited are made without notifying you at least ten (10) working days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your Bank or Building society.
You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit Instruction at any time simply by email or a phone call to Signa via the contact details on this website, or by writing to your Bank or Building Society, ideally with a copy to Signa.
All the normal UK Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees apply.
Terms and Conditions
Customers who select the monthly direct debit option, will enter a 12-month contract for broadband services to be supplied to their holiday home. The Direct Debit monthly payments spreads the cost of a seasonal package over 12-months regardless of the seasonal period of the park. Cancellation of the contract is required to be made 1-month prior to the end of the contract.
The annual payment option, will automatically be renewed the following year (on the 12 month anniversary) unless the customer advises Signa 1-month prior to the end of the year, that they do not wish to take the broadband package the following year.
Some earlier cancellations may be considered under certain circumstances, so please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide details of why you require an early cancellation. We require one month’s notice of cancellation (if you move from site or decide not to have the service any longer), however please note a £50 admin fee will be incurred to restart the account should you decide to reactivate the service.
