Signa Technologies are pleased to announce that Michael Maw has joined their team today, as technical engineer. Michael will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support and will be helping Signa to continue to provide excellent customer service.
Michael will not only be providing helpdesk support, he will also be out in the field assisting engineers, gaining hands on experience, which will give him invaluable insight into the networks. He is also tasked with improving and updating various software databases to make the business run more efficiently.
Having worked with Martyn and Julie before in similar roles, Signa knows that their customers are in good hands and welcomes Michael to the company as a valuable member of the team.
